Morphe Brushes 35P Plum Palette

I've had my eye on this palette for a few weeks now along with the highly coveted 35O palette which is nearly impossible to get hold of. There are only a few UK Morphe Brushes stockists and when I saw the 35P palette was back in stock on Black Friday on Beauty Chamber I had to get it. Sadly there was no deal on it and with postage costs came to about £26. The quality is brilliant for the price. I'm not a MAC girl but these palettes do have an appealing aesthetic very comparable to MAC palettes. I also ordered a couple of single shadows from Beauty Bay and today I noticed Beauty Bay no longer stock Morphe which is odd, I hope I still get my delivery because I can't wait to try more. I also have my eye on the Morphe Brushes Gun Metal Brush set.

Edward Scissorhands 25th Anniversary Palette by Sugarpill

Happy Halloween everyone! Today I bring you the Edward Scissorhands 25th anniversary eyeshadow palette from Sugarpill, which is the closest thing to a 'neutral palette' that Sugarpill has ever released. The shades are all very beautiful and pigmented with two shimmery and four matte textured. The shades are described as follows:

Home Sweet Home: matte powder blue
Ice Angel: silvery white with iridescent blue sheenThe Inventor: creamy metallic gunmetalSuburbia: flirty matte coral, doubles as a blush shade!Heart-Shaped Cookie: soft matte beige - the perfect blending shadeCastle on the Hill: deep stone brown - the color of a castle’s deteriorating exterior.

I think the colours in this palette are perfect for Autumn and Winter and I'm looking forward to trying out more looks with them.

The palette is limited edition and currently out of stock on Sugarpill's web shop but one last restock is coming soon. I bought this for £25.95 on www.love-makeup.co.uk where it is also now sold out.

Sleek MakeUP Enchanted Forest Palette.

Sleek recently launched a couple of new iDivine eyeshadow palettes and when I saw they were having a 2 for £10 offer in Boots and I just so happened to have a gift card I knew I had to pick this up. The Enchanted Forest palette is a beautiful mix of fairytale shades with the great quality I have come to expect from Sleek for such an affordable price of £7.99. I particularly like how different this palette is from most that I own and I bought it for this reason. There are a couple of shades in this palette that look a little too similar like the 2 plum shades but other colours are really unique and look very different in the pan than they do on the skin. The shade 'Grand Duke' looks like a beautiful navy in the pan but it's actually a royal purple when applied. The shade Lady Tremaine definitely needs work as you can see it hasn't watched very well but if you take care to build it up it is a really beautiful shade. My personal favourites in this palette would have to be 'Perla' and 'Happily Ever After' They are very pretty shades that make a nice change from the dark heavy shadows I usually gravitate towards.

Have you tried the Sleek Enchanted Forest Palette yet?

Zoeva Eyeshadow Fix (Pearl)

I picked up this Zoeva Eyeshadow Fix primer when I was shopping on Love-Makeup and needed to get my total above £50 to get free shipping and I usually pick something from Zoeva as they are a brilliant and affordable brand. I'm really happy with this primer and I think it may even be my favourite now. It has a lovely creamy texture and comes out as a light champagne colour but blends really nicely too. It even works well with matte shadows. It really helps the shadows to last and brightens them up. It doesn't emphasise my dry skin which is great because I tend to get quite scaly around my eyes. It comes in a small tube but you only need to use the tiniest bit of product. I'd really like to try the matte formulation as well.

This primer is €5.80 and available here.

Style Collage #18

L.A.Splash Matte Liquid Lipsticks.

Liquid lipsticks seem to be my vice of late and ever since LASplash became available in the UK via Love-Makeup and Cocktail Cosmetics I just had to get my hands on some. The first ones I picked up were Ghoulish, OG Ghoulish, Latte Confession and Vampire. Priced at around £8 each (though slowly sneaking up in price) they seemed too good to be true compared to previous brands releasing liquid lipsticks, but they are better in my opinion.
I've tried out a few different liquid lipsticks now as you may have seen featured on this blog but LASplash has a far superior formula and a great range of colours and shades.

The lipsticks come in 3 different formulas: Lip Couture, Smitten LipTint Mousse and Studioshine Lip Lustre. My favourite formula is the Lip Couture as I find them very comfortable to wear and completely smudge proof. I even managed to wear Latte Confession for a whole night out and woke up the next morning to find it looking almost perfect.
As for the SmittenLipTint Mousse I unfortunately seem to be allergic to this formula which is very unfortunate because the 2 I own are probably my favourite colours.
The Studioshine Lip Lustre formula contains micro glitter particles but I find that when applied to the lips the colour looks completely matte (which I prefer.) They're all named after Disney Princesses so I picked Alice since I'm a massive fan of the game Alice: Madness Returns.
Vampire (LC) The most beautiful dark red wine without any berry tones, almost black. I can't wait to were this in Autumn with a grungey eye.
Malevolent (LC) Quite patchy and difficult to work with. Needs layering but a stunning blackberry colour. Lipliner needed with this shade.
Latte Confession (LC) The most perfect dark neutral. Extremely long lasting. My favourite formula and probably the shade I wear the most because of it's versatility.
Alice (SSLL) A gorgeous slightly muted dark pink. Very long lasting and comfortable to wear. Looks completely matte when applied.
Rose Garden (LC) A beautiful muted mid-tone pink. Easy to wear and long lasting.
Lovegood (SLTM) Stunning colour. Very 90's inspired shade. Doesn't seem to last as long as I expected probably because it made my lips so itchy but I need to give it another chance.
Charmed (SLTM) Beautiful pinky neutral. Soft mousse texture very easy to apply and comfortable to wear. I wore this to a BRMC gig and it lasted all night.
Innocent Vixen (LC) This looks quite yellow toned on me but a very nice understated colour.
Ghoulish (LC) The most gorgeous grey-toned mauve neutral. Famous for being a dupe of Lime Crime Cashmere. I do love this colour a lot though it can look quite dry on my lips I don't really mind too much.
OG Ghoulish (LC) An even greyer version of Ghoulish and a goth essential. This colour will literally make you look dead and I can't wait to wear it more because I love how it looks with my pale skin.

I really do love all the names LASplash chose for their products which makes them even more irresistible in my opinion.
I may have just ordered 3 more colours today so look out for them on a future post.

I got mine on www.love-makeup.co.uk

They are also available from www.cocktailcosmetics.co.uk
